Supportive Learning Assistant for Diverse Age Groups

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Supportive Learning Assistant.
Job DescriptionThis role involves working across a range of age groups and abilities, providing support and guidance to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:- To work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
- To provide one-to-one support and small group instruction to students who require additional assistance.
- To assist with the preparation and delivery of lessons, including planning and organizing activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of SEN and its impact on learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
