Clinical Services Lead Administrator

About the Role
The Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a highly motivated and organised Clinical Services Lead Administrator to join our Bristol Central and East team.
As a Clinical Services Lead Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administration and secretarial support to CAMHS medics, clinicians, and managers. This will include quality data and reports, administering management-level meetings, and supervising B3 administrators.
You will work closely with the Business Coordinator and other team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, including medical staff, multidisciplinary teams, services users, and carers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the organisation of key meetings, including business meetings and conferences
- Compiling and preparing agendas and supporting papers for meetings
- Providing and receiving routine and complicated information, including sensitive information
- Interpreting and advising on data and office management functions
- Line management duties, including supervision sessions, appraisals, and workload management
Requirements for this role include:
- NVQ3/QCF in administration or equivalent level of knowledge and experience
- Excellent computer and IT skills
- Experience of supervising staff
- Ability to prioritise and work to conflicting demands
- Good team player
