Customer Service Contract Manager

Jungheinrich UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth through effective contract management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer-centric contract strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control contract performance to ensure timely delivery of services and achievement of business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and improve service sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer service and contract management, with a strong track record of delivering business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer-centricity.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
