Customer Service Contract Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Be the primary point of contact for support and control the performance of contracts throughout the term.
* Work with the Senior Management Team to ensure the company's overall objectives and goals are achieved.
* Develop and implement reporting tools to monitor contract performance.

**Contract Performance:**

* Monitor and control the complete contract performance for specified customers.
* Remove siloed thinking and promote a company-wide financial picture.
* Research and implement the best possible financial solutions for both Jungheinrich and the customer.

**Customer Service:**

* Improve customer utilization of fleet and address excess hours.
* Limit end-of-contract exposure and optimize performance through regular review of available data and metrics.
* Deliver a customer service strategy that meets financial and customer service expectations.

**Requirements:**

* Prior customer account experience.
* IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Office.
* Strong time management and self-starting skills.
* Valid current driving license.

**Management Skills:**

* Experience in delivering required targets and objectives.
* Analysis, business acumen, and customer orientation.
