Job Description

Jungheinrich UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Contract Manager to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven individual to manage customer contracts and provide exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services
  • Developing and implementing customer service strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborating with the Senior Management Team to achieve company goals
  • Monitoring and controlling contract performance to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer utilization of fleet and reduce end-of-contract exposure

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in customer account management and contract negotiation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
