Job Summary: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Financial Management Team as a Management Accountant. In this role, you will assist the Divisional Finance Manager in providing a high-quality financial advice and business support service to the division.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Divisional Finance Manager in ensuring the provision of a high-quality financial advice and business support service to the division.
  • Assist with financial management reporting and budgetary control across the division.
  • Oversee the monthly closedown of the general ledger system, coordinating the input of feeder files and associated tasks.
  • Deputise for the Divisional Finance Manager in their absence or for identified areas.

Requirements:
  • AAT qualified or equivalent, actively studying towards CCAB qualification, or with significant experience in a finance role.
  • Ability to analyse and manipulate large volumes of complex data into meaningful information and produce summaries for review by senior finance team members and budget-holders.
  • Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with finance and non-finance staff.
