Territory Business Manager

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with previous experience working within the hospitality or FMCG sectors. You will also possess a passion for consumer brand marketing and an understanding of experiential marketing and brand experience.
This role offers a competitive salary of £36,000, with the potential for up to 20% bonus. You will also receive a company car, mobile phone, tablet, fuel card, and other benefits.
As a Sales Representative, you will be accountable for developing strong relationships with potential partners, managing account portfolios, and ensuring optimal availability of products. You will work independently and effectively manage your time, execute territory coverage plans, and monitor venues' performance.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the events team and implement activations that drive sales growth. You will also be responsible for providing support and supplementing the events team as needed.
To be successful in this role, you must hold a full driving license, be mobile across the territory based on business needs, and be able to adapt to new systems quickly.
