We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced SEN Education Assistant to join our team at an Ofsted rated 'good' school in the Sheerness area.

About the Job

This is a full-time opportunity for the right candidate to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs. The estimated salary for this role is £20-25 per hour.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assisting children with ASD and Autism in a Primary classroom setting
  • Developing and implementing individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each child
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience working with children with special educational needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
