Teaching Assistant for Children with SEND

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic SEN teaching assistant to join our team in Sheerness. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs and helping them to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will have a real passion for working with children with SEND and be able to work effectively as part of a team to ensure the best possible outcomes for all students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with SEND in the classroom
- Working closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans
- Assisting with the preparation and implementation of lessons
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress
Requirements:
- Level 2 or higher qualification in childcare or a related field
- Experience working with children with SEND
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and a range of benefits including ongoing professional development opportunities, a comprehensive induction programme, and a supportive and inclusive work environment.
