Learning Support Position

Academics Ltd is recruiting a skilled learning support assistant to work closely with our experienced teaching staff and provide additional support to students with special educational needs.

This rewarding role requires the ability to develop effective relationships with students, teachers, and parents, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills.

Salary: £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons that meet the individual needs of students with special educational needs
  • Support students with tasks and activities that enhance their learning experience

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications or experience working with children with special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
