Job Title: Academic Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Academic Support Specialist to join our team at Nore Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in the Admissions department, ensuring smooth logistics for Annual Review meetings.

About Us

Nore Academy is a new SEN school located on the Isle of Sheppey, offering an innovative education environment for students with special educational needs.

Job Requirements:

  • We seek individuals with ambitious expectations for student success, a drive to maintain high standards, and a willingness to adopt new skills and approaches.
  • A strong understanding of the roles of external professionals linked to pupils with SEN, such as social care, therapists, and other health professionals, is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to develop and maintain effective communication with the Local Authority SEN team, providing updates and decisions as required.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development through training and supervision is necessary.

Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
