Educational Support Worker Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and flexible educational support worker to join our team at Academics Ltd and provide specialist support to students with special educational needs.

This role involves developing and implementing individualised plans to support students' academic and personal progress, as well as working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.

Salary: £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver targeted interventions to support students with special educational needs
  • Collaborate with teachers to ensure consistent support and progress monitoring

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications or experience working with children with special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
