Clinical Leadership Opportunity

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our Transformation Unit. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a community setting, providing high-quality care to patients in their own homes.

You will be responsible for managing your own patient caseload and working autonomously in clinical practice. The ideal candidate will have significant experience of acute clinical care and be able to travel throughout the region on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals in the community.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans for patients with minor illness and injury.
  • Work with Clinical Board Directors and Lead Nurses to provide focused and professional leadership for nurses and allied health care professionals.

Requirements:

  • Level 1 RN
  • Current NMC registration
  • Masters level qualification in Advanced Practice
  • Minor Illness diploma or equivalent
  • Independent prescriber
  • Evidence of practice portfolio
  • Teaching and assessing qualification
  • Research qualification

Salary: £54,550 - £61,412 per annum
