About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team and contribute to the delivery of safe, effective, well-led, responsive, and quality patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing holistic assessments of care needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based programmes of care.

The post holder will need to possess excellent leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures within their sphere of responsibility. They should also be able to demonstrate the ability to practice autonomously across all four pillars of advanced practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based programmes of care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures within their sphere of responsibility
  • Practice autonomously across all four pillars of advanced practice
Requirements
  • MSC Advanced Practice or equivalent level 7 education relative to role
  • Independent prescribing
  • Extensive experience of working as ACP band 7
  • Experience of managing and leading teams
