Job Description

We are seeking a Community Care Director to lead Therapy Services within the Enhanced Community and Intermediate Care model at Cardiff & Vale University Health Board.

This role will require you to provide strategic leadership, maximising the contribution of Therapies in community and intermediate care. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to shape and deliver integrated community services and influence interdisciplinary models of care across therapies aligned with the Cardiff and Vale Rehabilitation Model.

Main Duties
  1. Lead Therapy Services within the Enhanced Community and Intermediate Care model
  2. Support the delivery of high-quality Therapy Services
  3. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to shape and deliver integrated community services
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in therapies or psychology leading to professional registration
  • HCPC registered professional
  • Postgraduate/MSc qualification in related clinical/managerial area or experience to Masters' level
