Supplier Relationship Manager - Professional Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure service delivery meets quality, operational resilience, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness standards.
- Lead governance review meetings with strategic suppliers to review performance against contract.
- Own and manage supplier risk profile to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Resolve operational and service incidents by analyzing root causes and implementing process improvements.
- Develop and maintain plans to prioritize and implement continuous improvement in service, cost, risk, and flexibility.
- Instigate and develop action plans to remedy poor supplier performance and manage these plans to successful conclusion.
- Provide regular Management Information reports and updates to business stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in contract supplier management, ideally across Professional Services.
- Good understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance activities.
- Experience of building and maintaining effective relationships at all levels.
