Supplier Relationship Manager - Professional Services

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage supplier relationships to ensure service delivery meets quality, operational resilience, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness standards.
  2. Lead governance review meetings with strategic suppliers to review performance against contract.
  3. Own and manage supplier risk profile to mitigate supply chain risks.
  4. Resolve operational and service incidents by analyzing root causes and implementing process improvements.
  5. Develop and maintain plans to prioritize and implement continuous improvement in service, cost, risk, and flexibility.
  6. Instigate and develop action plans to remedy poor supplier performance and manage these plans to successful conclusion.
  7. Provide regular Management Information reports and updates to business stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in contract supplier management, ideally across Professional Services.
  2. Good understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance activities.
  3. Experience of building and maintaining effective relationships at all levels.
