Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Hatfield Nursing Home. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, leading the care team to achieve outstanding outcomes, and maintaining effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
  • Lead the care team to achieve high standards of care, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring resident safety and well-being.
  • Provide personalized care, including washing, dressing, and toileting, as needed.
  • Offer emotional and spiritual support to residents, promoting a sense of comfort and well-being.
  • Supervise and appraise team members, promoting professional development and growth.
  • Implement changes in routine and procedures as agreed with the Manager, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
  • Assess prospective residents, ensuring their needs are met and their care plan is tailored to their requirements.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care.
