The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Care Specialist. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, leading the care team to achieve outstanding outcomes, and maintaining effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
- Lead the care team to achieve outstanding outcomes, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues, stakeholders, and residents, ensuring seamless care delivery.
- Manage wounds and provide appropriate care and treatment.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate records.
- Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Offer emotional and spiritual support to residents.
- Supervise and appraise team members, promoting professional development and growth.
- Implement changes in care routines and procedures as agreed with the Manager.
- Assess residents' needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Participate in quality audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Manager to work within agreed budgets and achieve business objectives.
