Job Summary:

We're seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team, who will lead the care team to deliver outstanding outcomes for our residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving a high standard of care, maintaining effective communications, and ensuring that care procedures are carried out according to policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve a high standard of care for our residents.
  • Lead the care team to deliver outstanding outcomes.
  • Maintain effective communications with the team and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that care procedures are carried out according to policy.
  • Provide physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort to our residents.
  • Carry out staff supervision and appraisals.
  • Implement changes in routine and procedures as agreed with the manager.
  • Assess prospective clients and residents.
  • Participate in the training and development of staff.
