At Lindum Construction, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our major new build and refurbishment projects in all sectors.

The Role

We require a skilled Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering projects of a similar size for main contractors. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects, maintaining high health and safety standards, and developing strong relationships with project teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage site teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and control project costs, resources, and timelines
