Project Manager

Latcom Plc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Supervisor to join our field team. As a Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing teams of seasoned archaeologists and trainees on a range of projects across the UK, with a focus on the East Midlands and East Anglia.
Key Responsibilities- Direct commercial fieldwork initiatives, including watching briefs and short evaluations
- Write grey literature reports and other documentation
- Manage teams of archaeologists and trainees
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals
- At least six months of experience in a similar role
- Sound knowledge of British archaeology across all eras
- Familiarity with post-excavation reporting and analysis
- Proficiency with GIS software and computer skills
- Prior experience managing employees
- Attention to detail and a driver's license
- Average overtime pay exceeding £3000 per year
