About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Practicus. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering multiple projects and business change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver multiple projects and business change initiatives, including IT, Systems, and Finance projects.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify, manage, and deliver projects on time, in budget, and to scope.
  • Manage project resources, including coordinating with the Financial Controller and Finance Director to set resource demand and ensure sufficient allocation.
  • Manage the overall project budget and ensure that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Manage changes in project scope, costs, resource, and timing within the framework of agreed governance and change control processes.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Project Management role, with expertise in Systems, IT, and/or Finance projects.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of all stages of the project life cycle, including development of business cases and mobilization of projects.
  • Proven track record in successfully delivering projects.
  • The ability to deliver multiple projects running concurrently.
  • Demonstrate a flexible approach to work.
  • Making sound and good decisions, understanding the right level of risk, and influencing others.
