The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive learning environment, promoting engagement and inclusion, while collaborating with teaching staff to implement effective learning strategies.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about inclusive education, committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of our students, and willing to take initiative as part of a supportive team.
About the Role- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to implement effective learning strategies.
- An NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Childcare or SEND practice, with experience working with pupils with special educational needs.
- Demonstrated flexibility, patience, and proactivity are essential for this role.
£20,000 - £22,000 per annum (pro-rata), dependent on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes national terms and conditions, CPD opportunities, and access to wellbeing initiatives.
