The role of Education Support Specialist is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Primary Teacher Assistant, you will provide high-quality support to teaching staff during PPA cover across KS1 and 2, ensuring that students receive the best possible education.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Work closely with teaching staff to plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons
  • Provide additional support to students who require it
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

**Essential Requirements:** HLTA qualification, DBS on the update service, ability to work effectively as part of a team, strong behaviour management skills. **Desirable Skills:** Experience of covering classes across KS2, patient and approachable approach. Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per year. Our client offers a competitive salary, flexibility on days worked, and opportunities for professional development.
