We are seeking a dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant to support our students with complex needs at Folkestone Girls' School.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with our teachers to develop engaging and tailored learning experiences for our students.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist teaching staff in planning and delivering lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Candidate should hold an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Childcare or SEND practice, with prior experience in supporting students with autism and other special needs.
  • Patient, empathetic, and proactive, able to establish positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Committed to providing high-quality support, enabling students to reach their full potential.
