EMEA Sales Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Director to lead our sales development team in EMEA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales development targets and quotas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). They will set clear goals, KPIs, and provide coaching and mentorship to drive team performance.
We offer a competitive salary package, including $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonuses, depending on experience.
