About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Acquisition Manager to join our team at AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) - F93. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer adoption across the UKIR region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer adoption across the UKIR region.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solution Architecture, Business Development, and Marketing, to drive sales and customer success.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Founders and CxOs, to support sales efforts.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets in a quota-carrying role.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and understanding of cloud technologies.
  • Experience hiring and developing technology sales professionals.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
  • Deep insights into the startup ecosystem and trends, and/or experience working with tech startups.
