Job Description

As a Senior Startup Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving overall AWS market and technical strategy in the UKIR startup ecosystems.

You will develop and manage relationships with top investors in UKIR to advise them about how AWS can help their companies scale and grow.

Key responsibilities include serving as a key member of the Startup Business Development team, working closely with many of the hottest startups, and executing the strategic business development plan.

You will work with and advise account management teams on solution selling and establishing executive relationships in their accounts.

Additionally, you will represent AWS at external events to speak on the exciting products our customers are building.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key member of the Startup Business Development team in helping to drive overall AWS market and technical strategy in the UKIR startup ecosystems.
  • Develop and manage relationships with top investors in UKIR to advise them about how AWS can help their companies scale and grow.
  • Work with many of the hottest startups to ensure they are successfully engaging with the AWS platform.
  • Execute the strategic business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders.
About the Role

This role requires a strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and the ability to develop and execute a business development strategy.

You will be working closely with the AWS sales, technical, and partner teams to drive strategic interactions with startups.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing business development or sales, with a strong understanding of emerging technologies.
