Financial Services Coordinator

Aylesbury is seeking a Financial Services Coordinator to join our team in High Wycombe, UK. This role offers an annual salary of £24,500 - £27,500.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to resolve enquiries and provide solutions.
- Analyse customer complaints and respond professionally.
- Provide accurate and timely support to customers regarding product information and orders.
- Liaise closely with clients to keep them informed about progress or any issues.
- Ensure data entry tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional approach to work with the ability to assertively communicate with customers.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to team environments.
- Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
