Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to resolve enquiries and provide solutions.
  • Analyse customer complaints and respond professionally.
  • Provide accurate and timely support to customers regarding product information and orders.
  • Liaise closely with clients to keep them informed about progress or any issues.
  • Ensure data entry tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A professional approach to work with the ability to assertively communicate with customers.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to team environments.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
