We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our client's firm in Wokingham. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Description
  • The role involves assisting Financial Advisers in preparing recommendations and producing suitability reports in line with company policy. This includes maintaining accurate records, data gathering, and application form preparation and submission.
  • You will discuss clients' objectives, identifying necessary information for compiling financial reports, and assist in planning solutions to meet their needs.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collect and collate information from clients, ensuring compliance documentation is complete and correct.
  2. Work with Financial Advisers to identify areas for improvement and source suitable solutions.
  3. Obtain quotes, product details, and provide comparisons for analysis.
  4. Prepare suitability letters and reports for approval by the Financial Adviser.
  5. Assist with administrative tasks, such as new business processing and management information provision.

Requirements

  • Understanding of the Financial Planning process.
  • Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision.
  • Good report writing skills.

Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
