French Speaking Customer Service Representative

Are you a customer service enthusiast with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences? Do you possess excellent communication skills in English and French? We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team
About the Role:
- Provide top-notch customer service to clients in French and English, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer queries and issues.
- Process and investigate customer orders and queries using a computerized ERP system.
- Utilize MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) to manage customer interactions and data.
- Meet established goals for call and case quality, productivity, and customer acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and French, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience using a computerized ERP system to process and investigate customer orders and queries.
- Confident using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Able to provide a calm and quiet work-at-home environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Trilingual in English, French, and Spanish, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Customer service experience within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company, or another complex and technical product environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Multitasking skills and good organizational abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills.
- Confidence in asking questions and guiding conversations to resolve customer requests.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
