Community Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated Community Support Worker to join our team in Evesham, Worcestershire. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in creating a future where learning-disabled people live the best life possible.

About the Role

In this rewarding position, you will provide support and guidance to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to achieve their goals and aspirations. You will work closely with our team to develop personalized support plans that cater to each individual's unique needs.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in our supported living services and in their own homes.
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred for this role.

You will also be required to undertake daily tasks such as administering medication, assisting with personal care, and promoting independence. Your skills and experience will enable individuals to build their confidence and take on new challenges.

What We Offer
  • Salary: £25,764 per annum (based on 37 hours per week), equivalent to £11.74 per hour
  • Working Hours: A variety of day shifts, starting from 7:30/8am, 7.5 hour shifts minimum, Full-time and part-time roles available
  • Holidays: 33 days of annual leave, including eight statutory bank holidays
  • Pay Incentives: 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, 50% for key dates over Christmas
  • Training & Development: Earn money while you get a fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care
