About the Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Evesham. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling lives.

The ideal candidate will be able to work within a 30-hour per week contract on a permanent basis, working in our 6-bed residential setting. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting and prompting with personal care, medication, and helping to prepare meals and daily living tasks.

You will also have the opportunity to support customers with their hobbies and interests, such as horse riding, swimming, and trampolining. We encourage candidates who can support these activities.

As we have a car at Ashgrove, other activities can be accessed. If you are a driver, this would be an ideal advantage.

The service is located just a 5-minute drive to Evesham town or a short walk to the supermarket and local shops and restaurants. There is driveway parking with good public transport links.

Shift patterns include 7am - 3pm or 2.30pm - 10pm. We also have sleep-in shifts available from 2.30pm or 10pm (paying £70.47 per sleep-in).

In our latest inspection, we were rated GOOD by CQC.

Suitable applicants should have previous care experience, but full training will be provided. Good care comes from the heart
