Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of ESTÉE LAUDER Companies' product portfolio, including brand stories and hero products.
  • Provide personalized service to customers, using exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling luxury beauty products to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor activities and market trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous retail industry or guest services experience is desirable, preferably within the beauty or luxury goods sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong sales and goal-oriented skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with market trends.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a high level of professionalism.
