Position Overview: Retail Sales Associate

The Retail Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in fostering customer loyalty and driving sales through personalized service tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with any security tag issues at checkout.
  • Support operations at nearby registers when necessary.
  • Provide an unparalleled customer experience that stands out in the industry.
  • Exhibit keen attention to detail when styling customers by attentively listening to their preferences.
  • Introduce and showcase enthusiasm for all multi-channel services to enhance sales and foster customer loyalty.
  • Effectively resolve customer inquiries in person or via phone.
  • Maintain inventory replenishment and uphold exceptional stockroom and back-of-house standards to ensure product availability.

  • Participate actively in loss prevention efforts within the store.
