This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading independent provider of community healthcare services across the country. You will work closely with our teams to develop and deliver plans, drive growth, and inspire high-performing teams to achieve outstanding results.

We offer a highly competitive salary package, estimated to be in the range of £75k - £85k per annum, plus bonus and other benefits. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes initiative, and has a proven track record of driving growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience as a Managing Director or General Manager within a healthcare setting (Outpatients)
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen and prior experience managing P&L
  • A strong background in developing and delivering effective growth strategies
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • A willingness to take a hands-on approach to drive success
