Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Lead - Primary Care, you will be responsible for leading our field team of BDMs across the country, shaping our business development strategy, and driving growth. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact on the success of our organisation.

You will manage a large team working across primary and community care, developing a consistent messaging framework while driving growth in your team and creating a sense of community.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years' experience selling to the NHS, as well as demonstrable experience managing field sales teams. Expertise within primary and community care services would be advantageous.

The salary on offer is circa £85,000 per annum plus bonus and other benefits.
