Growth & Company is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our performance marketing and CRM efforts. As Head of Performance Marketing and CRM, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and customer engagement across multiple territories.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement multi-territory paid and CRM marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
* Manage a team of four and collaborate with third-party agency partners to optimize marketing performance
* Evaluate marketing effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and forecast performance
* Implement channel testing to prove incrementality and boost traffic, conversion, and profitability
* Foster collaboration between CRM and Performance Marketing teams to drive shared objectives
* Set database targets with analysts to enhance customer retention and value
* Coordinate with Ecommerce and SEO teams to balance organic visibility and paid search
* Synergize with Organic Marketing, PR, and Retail to create omnichannel campaigns
* Explore new acquisition channels and markets for brand growth

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in D2C/Ecommerce marketing, emphasizing performance, SEO, and CRM
* Strong analytical and Excel skills
* Experience working with female-founded businesses
