Aftersales Operations Manager

Pembrook Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Operations Manager to join their client's aftersales department in the UK.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the workshop runs smoothly and efficiently, with responsibilities including calculating and managing workshop resources, monitoring staff and workshop performance, and allocating work to technicians based on skills available.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge of the retail motor industry, along with previous management experience in a similar role. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills are essential, as well as the ability to take initiative and ownership of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and manage use of workshop resources effectively
  • Monitor staff and workshop performance to maintain standards
  • Allocate work to technicians based on mix of skills available

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  1. Excellent technical knowledge gained in the retail motor industry
  2. Previous management experience in a similar role
  3. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  4. Ability to take initiative and ownership of issues
