Workshop Controller Lead

Pembrook Resourcing is currently seeking a skilled Workshop Controller Lead to join their client's aftersales department.

This role involves working closely with the aftersales team to ensure the smooth operation of the workshop, including allocating work to technicians, resolving customer queries, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve goals. Excellent communication skills are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate work to technicians based on skills available
  • Resolve customer queries according to dealership and manufacturer guidelines
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
