Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability and compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits and financial reporting.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
