beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Controller to lead our finance team in Exeter, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits and financial reporting.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and stakeholders.
- Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
