Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate work to technicians based on priority and available resources
  • Manage workshop resources, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing waste
  • Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve productivity
  • Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner, adhering to company guidelines

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with excellent technical knowledge in the retail motor industry
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with ability to multitask and switch between tasks
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership of issues, with a proactive can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and keep up-to-date with product and technical information
