About the Role

You will work closely with our client's management team to drive business growth and improvement, leveraging your expertise and experience to optimize workflow and efficiency.


Key Requirements
  • Proven track record in a similar role, with experience in a fast-paced aftersales environment
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent technical knowledge in the retail motor industry, with ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, with a flexible and responsive approach

Salary and Benefits
