Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Collaborate with the commercial team to provide financial insights and support
- Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CA / CIMA) with audit experience
- Experience in a dynamic Retail or FMCG multi-site environment
- Proficiency in financial planning and analysis
- Familiarity with working in a multi-currency setting
- Proven track record of team leadership and development
