Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. As a key member of our FP&A team, you will be responsible for coordinating the monthly flash process, leading month-end reviews, and supporting the drafting of FP&A contributions to the monthly Performance Exec.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to distill complex information into a simple story. You will work closely with the Business Finance, Core Finance, Communications, CoSec, and other teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the monthly flash process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Lead month-end reviews to ensure understanding and alignment with business risks and opportunities
  • Support the drafting of FP&A contributions to the monthly Performance Exec
  • Manage the monthly outturn process to clearly communicate risks and opportunities
  • Coordinate the budget and forecast processes to ensure accurate and timely financial planning
  • Challenge in forecast reviews to ensure alignment with business risks and opportunities
Requirements
