Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Churchill Howard Limited is seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join their finance team. As a key player in a thriving retail business, you will have the opportunity to drive growth and shape the future of the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, developing robust financial models that provide clear insights to senior management.
- Uncover hidden opportunities by analyzing key performance indicators and providing data-driven recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Partner with business units to provide financial expertise and guidance on strategic initiatives.
- Present your analysis and insights to senior stakeholders, making a real impact on the company's direction.
- Streamline FP&A processes and reporting to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate the flash and outturn processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Support the production of the monthly Management Accounts pack, providing valuable financial information.
- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven FP&A experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial modelling.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers.
