About the Role

HealthNet Homecare is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Support Administrator to join our Clinical Admin department on a temporary basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and caring individual to make a difference in the lives of our patients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Pharmacy Prescription Management Operations in the management of prescriptions, patient data entry, and pharmacy communications.
  • Assist in the supply of medication in a safe, effective, and efficient manner, in accordance with prevailing regulations and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Monitor and respond to correspondence in a professional manner with both patients and clients.
  • Maintain documentation filing systems within the department.
  • Ensure prescriptions are labelled and dispensed in a timely and accurate manner, complying with patient confidentiality and data protection protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the Prescription Management Team and dispensing team to ensure the correct and detailed processing of patient data.

Requirements

  • Previous admin experience preferred but not essential.
  • Microsoft Office experience.
