At HealthNet Homecare, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional homecare services to our patients. As a Pharmacy Accuracy Checking Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and safety of our patients' medication.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To follow and promote relevant SOPs and Company policy and procedure to ensure patient safety.
  • To efficiently check all information on dispensed patient orders to identify and correct any errors prior to the order leaving the pharmacy.
  • To work collaboratively with the dispensing team to ensure the efficient and safe running of the dispensary.
  • To read and comply with all communications from head office and others to undertake necessary actions for the pharmacy and customers.
  • To maintain good housekeeping and contribute to HealthNet's commitment to continuous improvement.
  • To support the HealthNet Operation by helping in other departments when needed.

What experience and skills are we looking for?

Desirable

  • 1 year's experience in a Pharmacy setting.

Qualifications?

  • NVQ3 Accuracy Checking Technician qualification.
  • Registration with the GPHC.

  • Confident in providing accurate, technical expert knowledge on the accurate supply of medicines.
  • Build strong relationships with the Pharmacy team to ensure high standards of care for customers and patients.
