About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Equine Technician to join our team at Sparsholt College. As a key member of our Equine Centre team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and husbandry to our horses, while also supporting the learning experience of our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support students in practical skills and development, ensuring high standards in horse care and training.
- Lead by example, promoting a positive and educational student experience.
- Work alongside the Equine team to provide exceptional care to the college horses, adhering to BHS standards.
- Assist with aspects of administration, organisation, and day-to-day operations of the Equine Centre.
- Deliver a varied events and competition calendar, including schooling of college horses.
