Equine Technician

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Equine Technician to join our team at Sparsholt College. As a key member of our Equine Centre team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and husbandry to our horses, ensuring they meet the highest standards of the British Horse Society (BHS).
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise students and facilitate their learning experience in a real working environment
- Lead by example, ensuring a positive and educational student experience
- Provide high-quality care to the college horses, including feeding, grooming, and exercising
- Assist with the delivery of a varied events and competition calendar
- Participate in the maintenance of the Equine Centre, including cleaning and equipment management
